At Fashion Fabrics Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fabric purchase; if a material doesn't meet your expectations, you can return uncut and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized orders and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold the uncut fabric and place it in the original packaging or a secure mailing envelope, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; we recommend keeping your tracking number until the return is fully processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the fabric to ensure it is in original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
